The Guilds quick build
Again not much gaming going on moved back to UK got a job and slowly working at fixing our Edwardian house. Managed to slip away for a few hours to paint these for the Guilds D-Day quick build. I was always going to build these, they were part of my Guild build for last year, Pzr IV's from 21st Panzer Division. These are for the CWC Rules, Pendraken Miniatures.

Been busy again.
Just returned from a trip to UK for my Birthday and 25th Wedding Anniversary took a few days break in Venice. While there found the San Marco Amphibous support ship in the Harbour.

The Guild have a speed build competition at the moment as a self portrait here is my entry myself in Afghanistan 2010.

While back in UK for Christmas. I visited Home Bargains while browsing I found some 1/72 scale models of Blackhawk and Apache helicopters. These were being Sold for a £1 each so I got three Blackhawks and two Apache. These are made by a company called Grafix they are a bit basic but you can defiantly tell what they are supposed to be. Well worth a £1 even if used to simulate crashed Helicopters.! Black hawk down springs to mind.

Happy New Year

Not much on the blog the past few weeks. Mainly getting ready for Xmas.
I hope everyone had a good Xmas. I got a good haul of presents from the family.
On a wargaming front I found some 20mm IS2 in the works. I'd thought they'd be all gone by the time I got back to UK. Found some 20mm model Black hawks and Apaches (Grafix models never heard of them)  models are very basic but only £1 so I bought three Black hawks and 2 Apaches.
These will make an Apearance in my Attack State Red game.
